The 2nd Annual Field Manager Summit is fast approaching. If you are attending, what do you want to get from the event? Let's hear and we'll do our best to help you get it!
We understand that supporting franchisees in the way you'd like to can be a challenge. You are often out there alone and you never quite know what you are going to get when you walk into a franchisee's business. Then there's the "meat in the sandwich" syndrome - franchisor expectations on one side and franchisee needs on the other - with you in the middle!
If you're a field manager we'd love to hear "What are the biggest challenges in your role?"
If you contribute a post below we'll send you a free, very cool coaching sheet -

Some people question the value of the field manager role. For instance franchisees have been known to complain that their field manager just drinks their coffee and wastes their time (a bit rough we know). We even knew one franchisor CEO who eliminated the role from his organisational structure because he couldn't justify the expense. (He then reinstated it four months later!)
On the other hand we regularly hear franchisees singing the praises of their field managers, giving examples of the enormous value they add to their business. And we know many franchisor CEO's who really do appreciate the contribution their field managers make to the health of their franchise system. So we'd like to hear from field managers on the following question:
"So what do you do that adds significant value to your franchisees or your franchise system?"
